• Our principals and  associates have over 150 years of experience representing private sector businesses interacting with governments on business and regulatory issues before state and local governments on such matters as commerce, transportation, insurance, environmental, education, health care, telecommunication and water.

• Over the years, we have developed relationships and credibility with a large network of state and local government officials and representatives, enabling us to efficiently and effectively represent private sector businesses in their interaction with governments. We provide advice, representation and counsel to companies and individuals on state and local government matters covering a broad range of areas.

• With the advent of term limits, the face of local and state government is in constant flux. It is our job to remain informed and current as to the makeup and composition of the major jurisdictions affecting our clients and to be familiar with the players and issues influencing public policy debate.
